I can't say enough good things about Mick and this company. I mean the job was done beautifully. I hired his company to do my balcony and I couldn't be happier. He really goes above and beyond. I had surgery during the process and Mick toom care of so many things that were were supposed to do and never complained or charged us extra since he knew our situation. He was amazing, the subcontractors were all very nice and professional. Him and his team are the best!

Every time we walk in the doors to our home and see our new stairs we take a deep breath and relax knowing they are beautiful, protected, and done with high quality materials and craftsmanship. They were able to match (as closely as can be expected) the stain of the real wood to our LVP flooring throughout the rest of the home. I even called them back to ask if they could fix a few things that seemed like small misses, but would have bothered me daily, and they didn't hesitate - Edgar even came out on a Saturday morning to button things up. Aaron, Jose, and Orlando did an amazing job coordinating and resurfacing our prefinished flooring as well as installing beautiful hardwood stairs. The craftsmanship and skill speaks for itself and our floors are beautifully refinished. We will be working with them again for any future projects. Highly recommend

Namita was the rep we met with from footprints. She is very knowledgeable, and kind. I was very impressed with her ideas and suggestions.

We found Footprints Floors through a Google search. We did their online free estimate request and was promptly contacted through a text to set up an appointment. Matt came within two days, sent a proposal within another two days, and was able to start the work within another week. We chose Footprint Floors to do a kitchen backsplash to upgrade our kitchen. The night before the project start date we received a text from Melissa, who was assigned to be the manager for the project. She detailed what to expect the next day. The day of the project, Matt introduced us to Fernando and his son, who did the work. Melissa, came later in the day to check on the progress and to see if Fernando needed anything. Fernando and his son were professional, took great care to protect the surrounding areas, did precise work, and cleaned up almost without a trace, inside and outside. We highly recommend giving Footprints Floors your consideration for your next project.

Great experience having my kitchen floors redone by Footprint Flooring! Martin was great about explaining the process to me and recommended specific brands of flooring to achieve the look I was going for. The entire process was incredibly smooth from the measurement/quote to purchasing materials to installation day. I thought the price for the work done was incredibly reasonable and am very pleased with the outcome!

What a great experience! Footprints set us up with a great mover that got everything out the day before and back in a week later. Our hardwood floors were a mess after 40 years of traffic. Huge black spots by all the doors have disappeared and the whole floor now shines of beautiful wood! I can’t recommend these guys more - they were great!

Bob and his crew came out to restore some flooring, a previous tenant in my office building, had messed up. They went straight to work and man did they do an awesome job. Thank you guys for making my office experience that much better.

Joseph and Chris have been amazing to work with. They worked around our schedule and rushed timeline, answered all our questions, and were super responsive, day and night. Even after finishing our floors and being paid, I noticed some tiny holes/cracks that didn't get filled properly, Chris came back and went over our floors with fine tooth comb, filling every crevice.

Hayden and his crew exceeded my expectations. My new hardwood floor that was installed is beautiful and matches my old flooring from 20+years 🙂Hayden was a great listener and assured me he could tackle my floor project. Although a project like this always causes disruption, Nate's crew held that to a minimum, including actually beating the originally estimated time to completion. He was clear on how to prepare and what to do after the job was finished. Highly recommended.

Love, Love my floors! Footprints Floors owner Mick and his team restored my 1926 hardwood, burgundy color floor to its original honey color with a satin finish. There were several areas which needed to be replaced and Mick's team replaced those pieces expertly. What's also impressive is the customer service Mick provides. I would not go anywhere else. Mike and his team did an incredible job on our flooring. They were very professional and communicative throughout the process. There were also no hidden fees, there was complete transparency through the process. We had a great experience and would definitely use them again!

Simply put, a great business. Over the past several years we've contracted different businesses for significant home improvement projects, but not always with a 100% satisfaction. Thankfully, as it turned out, we saved the best for last. First off, our flooring project manager, Amanda, was very professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and kept consistently engaged throughout. She visited everyday to check in on her work crew to ensure their resource needs were meet and that any questions we had were answered. Great communication, she was articulate, practiced her craft well, and discussed every decision with us no matter how trivial. We could not have asked for a better work crew. A special shout-out to Darwin and Nahoon for their workmanship, sticktuitiveness, HONESTY, and overall work ethic. They identified several sub flooring areas that needed repair before flooring could be laid down. This prolonged our project timeline of course, but instead of overlooking (hiding) these critical issues to rush through the job, they were forthcoming with us, adjusted their efforts as needed, and WORKED HARD to finish our project like total pros. I cannot express how much this meant to me, as we had to address similar issues like this with less than scrupulous businesses on previous projects. In fact, this back and forth tussle had become so common, we were starting to believe this dysfunctionality was the norm until contracting with Footprints. They're as honest as the day is long. Of their installation staff, I'd say that if we were building a new house from top to bottom, we’d take special steps to make sure they were included as project leads. We were so pleased with the final result, that when the job was done we sent the installers away with gift baskets. Never felt compelled to do that before, ever. In short, Amanda and Shawna are experienced flooring experts. They run a well-oiled operation. They offer a wide range of flooring options and employ highly skilled, conscientious installers. It's been at least 2+ months, and we still absolutely love our floors. We cannot believe we waited as long as we did to take the plunge, and we are so thankful we bumped into this group of talented professionals. Literally zero complaints with the end result, and we would highly recommend. If I could rate Footprints higher than a 5, I would. I have used Footprints twice now within 2 years. Most recently, it was due to a dishwasher flood that destroyed my wood floors. Alan helped me through the insurance process which was all new to me. The team communicated extremely well with me during the process. I love my brand new wood floors! Thank you for a job well done. Footprints recently refinished 100 year-old floors (oak and walnut) in our house and we are so impressed! The floors were more narrow and required custom work to be done. Regardless, the price was extremely reasonable and the work was done well! The installers were extremely professional. The work was done fast. Definitely recommend!

We had the most amazing experience using Footprints Floors! I had purchased a 113 year old home & at the time Amanda came out to look at my home - I just knew if anyone could help us make these sloping floor’s perfect again her company could! It’s because of her expertise that we would hire a contractor to fix what we would discover were bad floor joists & subfloors. We had 5 different contractors work on our home & Footprints Floors was one of the only ones who we didn’t have to fire & start over with. Then after a long wait for the construction to get our floors ready for Amanda, she & her crew came in and transformed my hone in just 4 days!!! No easy task! From just raw wood subfloor to a beautiful home in less that a work week! We chose luxury vinyl plank flooring w/ 5 inch baseboards. The results are incredible! And the price for these magnificent floors to be installed was beyond reasonable! I highly recommend Footprints Floors to anyone who needs quality floors installed w/ nothing less than perfection!

Ralph and his team did a great job on our challenging project. It all looks great. Communication was first rate on timing and all aspects of the work. The 1st floor involved demo of ancient flooring and installation of new red oak with great attention to detail to preserve existing architectural flooring around the hearth. The 3rd floor involved rehab of existing flooring. A++ The work work crews were super polite and hard working.

Alan was very kind and helpful with giving me useful tips. I am very appreciative and if I ever need assistance with my wood floors again I will definitely reach back out!

Justin from Footprints Floors of Northern Utah came to our house to look at a couple of flooring issues that we are having. He fit us into his schedule and communicated with us when he was able to come earlier than planned. Justin was professional and friendly upon arrival. When we showed him a flooring issue with our vinyl, he was upfront about the process that it would take to fix it, and when it proved to be out of scope for their installers (the project is really, really small), he was great to offer alternatives for us to look into. He knows flooring, he was respectful of my time and my money. He even helped me fix a problem area with my carpet while he was here and I am so grateful. I would recommend Footprints Floors of Northern Utah to handle any flooring needs that I have. They know the product, they are professional and so great to work with. From the first phone call to the final inspection Bob and the team from Footprints Floors was professional and effective. Their communication was superb, trust was high, (even working through a remote estimate), and the speed / quality of our carpet installation was fantastic. Exceptional work ethics and craftsmanship from the first phone call to the finished product. We called Footprints Floors to inquire about tiling our patio. Stacey picked up the phone on the first ring and promptly scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Andy came exactly within the scheduled time frame and we had our estimate on the same day. Matt, the owner and Jason, the project manager personally visited to check on the job. The communication and follow up were excellent, the job started on time and finished on time. Everything had run very smoothly. Kelvin, Victor and James did such a clean, beautiful work - careful measurements, evenness, straight lines. Our patio concrete base was uneven and unsquare and additionally, tiles had different thickness. It was a challenging job to do. Kelvin worked long hours, he did not leave for the day until completing each phase and he did everything with perfection. Thank you very much guys! We are happy with the results and highly recommend Footprints Floors.

Would recommend Footprints Floors Maine based on our experience. We worked with Ralph mainly over phone and email as we were moving from out of state, Ralph was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Footprint Floors Maine was timely on the estimate appointment, delivery, and projection completion. We had a few existing hard wood floors, which they match well. The final cost was very close to estimate proposal. Ralph kept us updated with photos and updates throughout the project, completion and stopped by after we moved in to follow up.

Pleasant floor refinishing experience right from the start. The owner Scott arrived on time, took measurements and was able to provide the estimate immediately. He was able to get us on the schedule in three weeks. Jonatan and crew did an awesome job, and the floors look like a brand-new installation. We selected the water base stain and sealer, and it looks great!

The Footprints Team once again did an amazing job for us. LVP, ceramic tile and new baseboards gave our rooms the refresh we were looking for!

We had our hardwood floors refinished and from start to finish the customer service from Footprints Flooring was phenomenal. Saul came out and prepared our quote and reviewed with me prior to leaving. We were having other work done at the house so it took a while for us to be ready to set a start date. I asked Saul to reach out on certain occasions to see where we were and he did. A few days prior to starting the project they came out a placed sample colors on the floor for us which was absolutely necessary because the shades can look completely different from the display colors once on the floor. When we decided all of our top picks wouldn’t work Saul suggested we try one more color, and it was perfect for us! The crew and Saul arrived on time to start the work. Miguel was the crew manager and they got right to work. We rented a local Airbnb so we were able to stop by frequently to check out the progress. Once complete Saul did a final walk through we us and there were a couple of spots we needed addressed and those were promptly handled. We are so happy with the final results on our floors!! The communication and and customer service we received from Footprints Flooring is the best we have experienced with any company we have ever worked with. I highly recommend them to anyone for their flooring needs.

I absolutely cannot recommend Keith and his crew enough. Not only was it a very good and fair price, the service was phenomenal. They were very responsive to questions and set expectations upfront so we could be prepared for the entire process. For the actual install, it almost feels unreal as how to excellent and efficient the install was. They arrived on time and just flew through the work. I can’t even begin to say how awesome it turned out, and how great they were through the whole process. Fantastic company with fantastic people.

We had our 2nd floor and stairs done in LVP to match the first floor. Todd was very helpful getting us in soonest and guiding us through the process. Scott (the project manager) did an outstanding job keeping us informed of how the project was going and even responded to follow up questions after it was completed. They finished a day early and were under budget compared to other companies! Our floors came out perfect! I would definitely recommend these guys!

WOOD FLOORS I’ve wanted for years!!!! 🤩 Footprints Floors were experts at transforming our home. This was an extensive project with the entirely main level getting wood flooring. Rooms had carpet removed while other rooms had to be sanded, carpet on stairs was removed and everything was stained one color. Turned out more perfectly than I could have imagined!! Absolute BEST in the industry. They checked on the progress regularly to ensure complete satisfaction. In order to keep cost competitive, we bought and painted moldings, caulked and painted stairs. Pictures show before and after. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! (Rustic Beige stain).

Everything was super great. Alfonso was flexible with me, I got an initial quote but wasn't ready for installation for a few months after we spoke, he was patient, didn't rush me and helped me with the steps of buying the right materials. The final result looks awesome, I had a smaller project that was completed in one day. Josh and his team are amazing! We damaged a hardwood floor with a piece of heavy furniture and it looked irreparable. Less than 24 hours later, it would take special glasses to see the mark and the price was shockingly, amazingly fair. So fair, in fact, I feel I probably owe them a favor.

We hired Footprints Flooring to redo the floors in our historic 1940’s home. The previous owners had removed the original hardwood floors and replaced with cheap flooring and carpet which was in pretty bad shape. We were dealing with a few very uneven floors and quirky parts of the home due to its age. The team at F.F. were so reassuring and went above and beyond in addressing our concerns, and were able to completely level out the floors while installing our new oak flooring. The finish work is really remarkable, and you can tell how much time and care they took while installing. We couldn’t recommend them more, and will definitely be calling them when it comes time to remodel our bathroom floors. Thank you!

Used Footprints for a kitchen backsplash install. Jared was great to work with - very communicative and punctual. The crew that did the install was also awesome, efficient and the final product looks great. I would maybe take a half star off of the review just because the only room for improvement with these guys is giving a little bit more guidance on what materials to purchase ahead of time - I ended up being instructed to buy way too much tile and other supplies that weren't needed and then also had to scramble the day of install to get stuff I didn't know about. In the end no big deal, just led to making some returns. Overall super happy!
