They did a wonderful job and clarified with me multiple times that they were doing what I wanted. The team worked late to finish and did an absolutely marvelous job for a very reasonable fee. I could not have done better or have been happier with the result.

Footprints Floors did a superior job on our hardwood floors. From start to finish, they managed the process of refinishing with professionalism, skill and attention to detail. They replaced several damaged floorboards, worked to achieve the stain color we wanted and kept the work site as clean a possible. Costs on the job were very fair and well-documented. Brandon, the boss of Charlotte location, is very professional and knowledgeable. He was so patient with our extraneous project. Brandon was able to communicate so effectively with me about pros and cons of every aspect of a choice I wanted to make, definitely helped reeling me in. Juan, the second in command, made sure everything was executed to perfection. The floor installers worked so hard and fast. Nancy, the painter brought it all together and she is so sweet! Everything turned out amazing! Awesome job footprint floors!

I was very happy with the entire process. From getting measurements to ordering the flooring to people being on time to start the work day. Happy with the workmanship. Very detailed which I really like. Brandon came to the work location days before project started. Helped moved the flooring from garage to house because delivery person doesn’t not bring flooring into the house. At post inspection, he was very thorough and answered any questions we had. Made sure we were satisfied with the job. We would highly recommend him and his crew. Definitely a 5 star job.

It was great doing business with footprint floors. They just finished a renovation project in our master bathroom, including floor, wall, and shower tile replacement. The workmanship was outstanding, and the workers were excellent and Engaged. Brandon kept a close eye on the project throughout, and the workers were very respectful to keep our property cleaned up day today. I would highly recommend footprint floors for any tile project.

Footprints installed new hardwoods in our kitchen and refinished the wood floors in the rest of the house to match. They did an excellent job and were right on time with the project. We were able to schedule the project quickly after deciding to proceed. Everyone who worked on the project worked very hard. They made it very easy to do a couple extra small projects while we were out of the house. Small, inevitable issues were very easily and quickly resolved. Highly recommend Footprints!

We have used Brandon and Footprints for four jobs now over the past couple of years and they do such a great job and are so easy to work with. We’ve done two bathroom renovations, a hardwood replacement and now a hardwood refinish/restain to modernize and lighten, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The pictures speak for themselves (before > after). Brandon is the first person we call when we have a project for tiling or hardwoods!

Brandon was awesome to work with. He came and measured my area for laminate flooring and it was installed a week later. He is a excellent communicator and guides you through the process so you know what to expect until completion. I highly recommend using Footprints Floors and would use them again!

I highly recommend footprints flooring. Brandon and his team did an amazing job installing LVP throughout the entire downstairs of our home. In 1 day. As well as sanding and staining our stairs to match the new floors. The entire process was done quickly and professionally. They were on time, everyone was great and they cleaned up after the job was done.

We have a sunroom with a concrete floor and wanted to enhance the look of the room and decided to tile the floor. We selected a tile from Floor & Decor and I requested quotes from 3 installation companies and none of them were as professional as Footprints. They started the project when they said they would and completed on schedule. Everybody was very professional, friendly and cared about their work. They kept the space very clean and the owner followed up daily to ensure we were satisfied and to answer any questions. Footprints was price comparable, did what and when they said they would and truly appreciated our business. We will definitely use them on our next project!

Highly recommend! Darrin and Brandon and the whole Footprints crew are awesome. We had carpet removed and hardwoods installed in the entire second floor of our home. The process was exactly as described and stayed on schedule. Brandon was by our home daily to check on progress, provide updates and ensure that the crew had what they needed to get the job done. We had hardwoods on our first floor and in the hallways upstairs and the new floors match them perfectly in terms of both stain and finish. They look like they’ve always been there. We are thrilled with our new floors and excited to move back in upstairs and start enjoying them. It’s so refreshing to work with a contractor who sets expectations and sticks to them in terms of timeline. It made what can be a stressful process manageable! Thanks to the whole crew! Footprints Floors was the best bathroom remodel I have ever used. Brandon McBrier did a fantastic job. He brought in tile people, the plumber and painters. They were at the house when they said they would be there. They finished the job when listed on the contract. And the price was so very reasonable. I will always call Brandon for future work. Had a terrific experience with this company. They replaced an old backsplash in my kitchen with subway tile. Love the finished look, has really updated the area. From the salesman and project manager to the installers, they were professional, friendly and communicative throughout the process. Fast appointment for installation. Would definitely use Footprint Floors for any future projects!

Footprints floors Did an excellent job very fast?

Footprint Floors installed LVP tile flooring in our remodeled laundry room. It required the removal of a portion of the subfloor and laying new underlayment boards prior to installing the LVP. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend them as flooring installers!

They were fast, efficient, reasonably priced and did a great job. Having worked with MANY contractors, the bar is on the floor, but this flooring company treated it like it was on the roof. Very pleased.

Amazing, highly skilled TEAM of Professionals. Our "screened-in porch" came alive when FFC put down our new "Tile Floor". The precision was masterful. Their work ethic and ability to produce what they committed to has to be the BEST in the industry. Plus, they were very easy to work which made there project a true pleasure! The footprints team was ON POINT. I needed to make some quick updates to my kitchen. I contacted Footprints to install a new backsplash in the kitchen behind the sink, behind the stove, and under the butler's cabinet. Darrien and the team were responsive, fast to complete a walk-through, provided an estimate (that matched the final price to the penny), scheduled the job, and completed it within two weeks. The tile to be installed was all individual pieces, 2x2, quite complex, and needed special handling, it didn't phase the team at all, they knew exactly what to do. I'd use Footprints again, please take a look at the photos.

Footprints Floors were recommended to us by a neighbor who is also a realtor, and we're very happy that we used them to install new flooring (around 1200 sq ft of vinyl planks). Brandon was very helpful during the planning process and gave us quotes on two different options without pressuring us in either direction. The project manager, Darrin, was friendly, responsive, and professional, and he dealt with a couple of after-install issues promptly and satisfactorily. The guys who actually did the installation did a fantastic job: excellent quality and all done in two days. Overall, we had a very good experience with Footprints Floors and we would recommend them.

We were very happy with Footprints Floors Charlotte. We had water damage and had to replace all the floors on our main level. Brandon from Footprints came and gave us an estimate. We agreed and scheduled the work. Darrin was our POC from that point on, and he was very communicative. He texted us the day before the crew was to arrive, and again that morning. Darrin and the crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. After less than an hour Darrin called for me. They had found structural damage beneath our subfloor and recommended we hold off on installing the floors, and have a construction company come out and take a look. He said they could continue to install the floors but it would likely cause us further issues down the road. I agreed with his recommendation. They even recommended a construction company to come out. Wolfe Construction did come out and they entered our crawl space and confirmed everything Footprints had said. Dee from Wolfe Construction said she’d like to shake their hand because so many companies would have just laid the floors anyway, and it would have come back to haunt us. Wolfe was booked 6 weeks out, so we had to put the floor installation on hold. We explained to Darrin and Brandon with footprints and they were completely understanding and accommodating. They came back two days after the construction work was completed, and then scheduled us for the following week to install the floors. Much to our delight, after such a lengthy process getting there, they knocked it out in one day and the floors look terrific! We are incredibly happy with the way they look, plus we can now sleep a little sounder knowing that the structural issues we were previously unaware of have now been addressed, and the house is all the safer for it. (We have a 4 year old and a 2 year old). We are also confident that the new floors will last for years, and have added value to the house. Plus, before all of this, our floors were very uneven (the house was built in 1973, so we just chalked it up to “it is what it is”). Now, after the structural work, plus some sanding and leveling Footprints did on the subfloors, our floor is far more level and even than it was. It was a long process (not Footprints fault) and we came out all the better on the other side. The thing that impressed me most is Footprints flexibility and willingness to take the longer, harder, but more secure path, as opposed to just laying the floors originally and being done with it. We are glad we came across them while searching for an installation company. After the floor installation was complete, Darrin came back out the next day and reviewed all the work. He spot checked and fine tuned a couple of things that needed it. We enjoyed a cup of coffee as he did so, and enjoyed talking to him and appreciated the due diligence he showed in making sure everything was as perfect as it could be. By the time he left, we were 100% satisfied with the work Footprints did. Everyone we dealt with from Footprints, from the owner to the crew, and in particular Darrin, who communicated with us throughout the whole process, were professional, kind, knowledgeable, honest people who were clearly experts in their field. I felt completely comfortable letting them in my home and would highly recommend them to anyone with any issues with their floor.

We had a repair job for our LVP flooring in our house, which is only 2.5 years old. Brandon came right out and gave a fair quote. We scheduled the work and we’re impressed with how quickly they completed the job. Our floors are back to looking like new, although the crew pointed out our cause was from the builders and how to address it. Overall, great experience with Footprints Floors

Brandon, Darrin and the team at Footprints floors did an incredible job. We had bad LVP installed only 2 years ago and we’re expecting a stressful experience when we decided to use Footprints to do our on site hardwood install. From day 1, the team was responsive, accurate, fast, approachable and kind. The estimates were fast and accurate, and there was no nickel and diming for unnecessary things. The entire process from demo, to installation, to the sanding and refinishing on site were seamless and stress free. I have never smiled in the middle of a home Reno project before, but this one I smiled every day! They delivered exactly what I had hoped for and I’m so in love with my floors, it’s like Christmas morning every day! Thanks to the entire team who did a flawless job. Our downstairs, stairs and upstairs hallway are a show piece now!

Brandon and his team at Footprints Floors are top notch. We worked with them on a couple of different projects, all designed to bring life back into the worn wood flooring in our older home. The team brought their expertise to each project and fully executed our vision. Additionally, they were always responsive, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond the scope of the work to make sure the job was done with the utmost quality. We are - sadly - moving out of Charlotte and won't be able to work with Footprints Floors again. However, we would recommend them - without hesitation - to anyone who has flooring projects (big or small)!
