My floor is stunning. We had the entire first floor of the house refinished. We went with Mike because of his responsiveness and the products he uses. It did take longer than anticipated, but that was after finding some rough spots at the final inspection. I’d rather it take longer and be done right than be left disappointed. And we certainly aren’t disappointed! Thanks Mike and Mike!

Having gone through my share of major renovations and repair work, it is a joy to have a skilled person doing the job. From start to finish the installation of flooring in the kitchen and dining area of my home was flawless. Mike was very helpful and accommodating in ordering materials, the contract was very detailed and easy to understand, and all work was completed in a timely manner. Mike and his team are very capable, did quality work, cleaned up afterwards and were pleasant to have in the home. I highly recommend this company.

I called Footprints Floors because I had some bowing in the floor of a house I just moved into. Mike came out a few days after I called to look at it. He tested the moisture and told me he thought the bowing was caused by a water intrusion incident that appears to have been resolved. He told me to keep an eye on it and that the floor would very likely return to proper condition on its own as the moisture escaped. When I asked him if there was any regular maintenance recommended for his company to do, he said "no". Then he went on to give me recommendations for which cleaning products are best for a hardwood floor. I appreciate that he was honest with me and didn't try to sell me service I didn't need. I will call Footprints in a heartbeat for any future hardwood floor needs.

I had a small issue with some hardwood floors and i had a very hard time finding someone that would be willing to come out and take a look. Luckily, someone from Footprints Floors got back to me right away and was able to help me out. They were kind professional and even came before their expected window which was a nice plus! He made some very quick repairs and we are very happy with the work! Highly recommended!

Mike helped us select a perfect match to our existing floor and trim. The installation was quicker than expected. The installers did an amazing job. Were on time, professional and cleaned up afterwards. The owner was in communication with us during the entire process and made several trips before and after completion. Csnnot say enough. When my wife and I decide to refinish the wooden floor last Ictiber if 2023, we google it to look for the vendors and find the pricing and timing. One of the vendors caught my attention is that lead time and the hours to get it done is longer for our 1100 square feet wooden floor than the others which are shorter. The company name is Footprints of NE Ohio. I took a chance to pick this company on Nov 13,2023 and arranged to get it started on Jan 24,this year. They did show up on time and start to strip the floor the first day. They did remove refrigerator, range/oven and piano to get every corner that have wooden floor. Every day the owner Mike show up and make sure the work is done smoothly and correctly. After two weeks of meticulous and detailed work, it finally done on Feb 6. The wooden floor is fabulous, so beautiful and look like a new wooden floor we just installed. The workmanship is fantastic and owner mike’s devotion to customer satisfaction is admirable. I am very happy to choose the right company and would recommend very highly of their work. Needless to say I would give 5 star rating for this review.

Mike and his team completely refinished the floors in our house (1047 square feet) over the last two weeks (yes, during the holidays!). Our results are nothing short of stunning! The original floors are 55 years old and while they were in good condition we wanted them to be refinished. Mike kept my sister and I in the loop of what was going on every day (I live in Florida and the house and my sister is in Ohio) and he sent me frequent pictures of the progress. If there was a question of how to proceed, he was quick to ask and have it resolved without any work related delays. The attention to detail shown by the staff was amazing! The results far exceeded what I expected but the level of customer service that was provided throughout the process was priceless considering I was 1000 miles away. I highly recommend Footprint Floors of Northeast Ohio for all of your flooring needs. To be fair, once we contacted Mike, we had to wait to be scheduled but the wait was well worth it. We have used Mike Goff and Footprints Floors twice now, first for a luxury vinyl plank floor on our lower level, and just recently for a complete hardwood floor refinish in the rest of the house. He and his crew have been nothing but professional, thorough, friendly, and holding themselves to a high standard of quality. For floors over 60 years old they look like they were put in yesterday. Would not hesitate to recommend them for any flooring projects.

After getting quotes for refinishing my distressed hardwood floors from a few contractors, including one who wanted to cover the whole thing with laminate, I ended up going with Footprint Floors. I would HIGHLY recommend Footprint Floors. I had a dishwasher that leaked causing the engineered hardwood to buckle in front of it. They responded to my request for a repair estimate quickly. Mike the owner was able to repair it at a very reasonable price and was able to do the repair the same day he came out to take a look at it. He is a great guy, very pleasant to work with. I looks beautiful, did an excellent job. Always happy to support a small business.

Mike and his son finished a project for me and it came out wonderful. I was stuck because my other contractor couldn't help me and needed my floors completed within a week. Mike came out on a Tuesday and had the job completed by that Saturday. Great company to work with. I highly recommend.

I would like to rec amend this company My work was started when they said it would be and completed when they said it would be no mess was left it was cleaned up and I am very happy with the work that was done. Bathroom floor was nasty thy had to cut the old floor and replace it
