Kevin was quick to respond and communicated well, checking in on the progress prior to the tiling and then checked in, in person, each day the tilers were here. Excellent craftsmanship and professionalism. He was also able to recommend a great plumber who had amazing availability and would also recommend him. We are very happy with the work!

We were looking for a company to redo our wood floors. After getting a couple estimates, what made us go Footprints, was Kevin. He took the time to come and explain the process and made us feel very confident that we made the right choice. We could have used a cheaper option, but working with Footprints felt right. When we gave Footprints the go ahead, the service from the entire time was excellent. Workers showed up on time and worked non stop for 2 days until everything was done. They also do not make a mess. Lastly, being able to talk to the owner goes a long way. Keep up the good work Kevin and the Footprints team.

Love, love, love Footprints Floors! We have a little tiny en-suite bath and chose neutral colors so workmanship is very visible, and Footprints Floors did a wonderful job. They were tidy, efficient, professional and their work is beautiful.

Another great experience with Kevin and team! This time I had a problem area in my dining room with 1950s vintage hardwood floors repaired and then refinishing of that room along with the bedrooms and hallway. The end results look fantastic!

Excellent contractor. Returns calls and provides 5 star service. The workmanship was beautiful. The couple that did my installation were hardworking and left my kitchen cleaner than it was before. I am very picky and was pleasantly surprised at the outcome. They exceeded my expectations.

Removed carpeting 2 rooms and added hardwood floors to match the 30 year old existing floors: perfect job, very fast. Also did a tile floor in our bathroom. Kevin’s teams did a very professional job, were on time, great communication and couldn’t be happier!

Kevin and his crew did an outstanding job! My kitchen needed refinishing and the adjoining den had new hardwood installed. They perfectly matched stain color to the rest of the house which was not an easy feat. My floors are beautiful! The crew was pleasant, hard working, arrived on time, and extremely thorough.

This company is beyond topnotch! Kevin (owner) helped me with a huge project at the school where I work. It was BIG and required research, tons of knowledge and skill and a lot of patience. I can't type it all here, but Kevin and his team do work of outstanding quality and really care about working with you to get everything done the right way. I can't say enough nice things about the whole process and how hard Kevin worked to make sure we were ready for our new floors, planned it even over the holidays to make it the best situation for our students. The work is BEAUTIFUL, too. Highly recommend!

Kevin and his team helped us do some extensive original wood floor refinishing, as well as re-tiling for our fireplace in our 110-year-old home. After nearly 2 years of hiring numerous companies and contractors to do upgrades on my house, Footprints is the first company that I have had a good experience with. Excellent actually. I contacted them online about having the hardwood floors refinished in three of my rooms, was replied to quickly, then had a salesman, Kevin, show up and give me a very fair quote. I scheduled it for a few days out, they arrived on that day and did exactly what they were supposed to do, and actually went above and beyond by replacing several strips of wood that were damaged. The work was fast, clean, and done to 100% of my expectations. I kept expecting a problem or an issue because every single other person who has worked on my house has had one, nope. Everything went very smooth and the work looks incredible. Anxious to get them back out to do the rest of the house when I have the rooms open.

I’m giving 5/5 stars for the overall installation of the floors and for Kevin’s prompt attention to issues I had with the detail work. I had carpet removed and LVP installed in the whole upstairs (2000 sq feet). The price was good and on the lower end of the quotes I got. When I first saw the floor I was blown away. It was beautiful! Then I noticed some sloppy detailing around the door edges (uneven door lip covers, staples and carpet bits still in the wood, missed the entry closet install). I also purchased new baseboards for them to install in the kitchen. To my surprise, they also replaced the baseboards in the entry to the kitchen from the garage (nice, but not what I said) and to my horror, they tried to replace the baseboards in the laundry room. I had not purchased baseboards to cover that so they just removed all the baseboards and left it that way. I immediately reached out to Kevin and he was there that evening installing the baseboards himself. He fixed the door lips (they look great now). And the next day he had his guys come out and do the overlooked closet and get rid of all the staples and carpet bits. By the time it was done, everything looked very very nice. I’m once again very happy and have beautiful floors all around. Seriously though, Kevin’s response to my concerns blew me away. Very professional and very prompt to fix the issue. We had prefinished hardwood installed on the 2nd floor. He was so helpful in helping us match the coloring to the existing wood on the 1st floor. Also had marble tile installed in foyer and removal of stair runner. Then had stairs sanded and stained. Excellent job!

A leak in my kitchen damaged the laminate flooring I’ve always disliked. Kevin provided me with a quick estimate and guided me through the process of purchasing hardwood without pressuring me to use his supplier. The installation team worked really hard and followed all my instructions to get my new floors in place and the result is beautiful.

Perfect! I had 3 bedrooms and the living room floors refinished. The guys were professional and sanded up to the edge and into the corners. They finished up early so they waited and put the final coat on so they didn't have to come back the next day, which was great for me. Kevin was very helpful, professional, and friendly and the price was good. I don't think I could have found anyone better!

Footprints did it like it should be done. Straightforward, experts, professional, and skilled. We had to rebuild the shower pan after it leaked and the plumber had removed the glass shower doors. Normally, Footprints does not work in this area, but Kevin stopped by and helped me put the shower doors back up. Amazing, and beyond what was required. Thank you Footprints!

I recently used Footprints to repair my kitchen floor after a leak damaged the subfloor. Kevin and team came to the rescue and quickly replaced and repaired the existing floor. From there they sanded and re-stained the floor to match them perfectly with the existing floors in the house. All work was completed on-time and with top notched quality. I can’t recommend Footprints enough and would certainly use them again.

Kevin and his team did such a fantastic job on our kitchen floors. This was my first major project on our condo and, having had no prior experience with flooring, Kevin guided us so graciously through the process and helped us get the right materials. His team was a pleasure to work with and flexible to unexpected hurdles. Definitely will be reaching back out for future flooring work.
