Matt, Melissa, Edgar and the entire team at Footprints Floors were awesome. From the minute I submitted a webform with interest to today when I made my final payment, they were responsive, considerate, easy to work with, listened to and understood what we were really hoping to achieve, and DELIVERED! Every time we walk in the doors to our home and see our new stairs we take a deep breath and relax knowing they are beautiful, protected, and done with high quality materials and craftsmanship. They were able to match (as closely as can be expected) the stain of the real wood to our LVP flooring throughout the rest of the home. I even called them back to ask if they could fix a few things that seemed like small misses, but would have bothered me daily, and they didn't hesitate - Edgar even came out on a Saturday morning to button things up. Price was fair - work is outstanding - experience is 5-star! Than you!!

We found Footprints Floors through a Google search. We did their online free estimate request and was promptly contacted through a text to set up an appointment. Matt came within two days, sent a proposal within another two days, and was able to start the work within another week. We chose Footprint Floors to do a kitchen backsplash to upgrade our kitchen. The night before the project start date we received a text from Melissa, who was assigned to be the manager for the project. She detailed what to expect the next day. The day of the project, Matt introduced us to Fernando and his son, who did the work. Melissa, came later in the day to check on the progress and to see if Fernando needed anything. Fernando and his son were professional, took great care to protect the surrounding areas, did precise work, and cleaned up almost without a trace, inside and outside. We highly recommend giving Footprints Floors your consideration for your next project.

The Footprints Team once again did an amazing job for us. LVP, ceramic tile and new baseboards gave our rooms the refresh we were looking for!

We used footprints for a whole home install of luxury vinyl plank flooring and baseboards. We had some repairs that needed to be done over a year later due to a manufacturers defect. They arrived promptly, did a great job and cleaned up. A great experience and we highly recommend them!! Thank you!

I can't say enough about this team! We were met with a professional and upbeat attitude by the owner. Matt accommodated us with a last minute visit to get measurements and give us an estimate. Very professional and did a great job

I had Footprints Flooring do our living room area and I couldn’t be happier. We had some damage done to our carpet from our pups and Matt came by to take measurements and set up a time for the new flooring to be put in. He was super friendly and helpful. It took them about 8 hours to do the whole area and it looks fantastic! They checked in a few days later to make sure everything was what we wanted. I appreciate the constant communication and quick install. Highly recommend Footprints!

This team was incredible! We needed flooring work to be done quickly; some fixes in order to close on the sale of our home and Matt Gilstrap and team pulled through BIG time! My son's room desperately needed an update, and the flooring was no exception with 28 year old original carpeting. This is a great company! Matt is very responsive to your calls. His estimates are easy to understand. The prices for labor wasn’t as high as other estimates. The work was done swiftly. The workers were happy, worked hard everyday and cleaned up. The work was done in a professional expectation. The project manager Melissa was on the ball to ensure everything was running smoothly. Awesome experience with Footprint. We replaced our entire downstairs flooring along with the stairs with LVP. Their crews did an excellent job with the demo with dustless tile removal. They even removed our nook and some cabinets when we asked. The flooring came out incredible and we would absolutely recommend them.

The wife found Footprints on FB marketplace trying to locate a flooring company that could help us with a remodel. Right off the bat from the beginning everyone we came in contact with was so friendly and knowledgeable and listened to all of our needs for the project. We could not wait to get started. Footprints Floors were awesome! Their estimate never changed and they did the work on the agreed dates. For us they installed the vinyl floating floor AND the kitchen Backsplash. We are very happy with their work. They can be proud of the work they do. And, of course, we would use them again!

I had a medium sized Flooring job that needed to be done, and after submitting out for a few estimates on the job, I decided on Footprints Flooring. They were very professional and most importantly I felt like I could trust them. Matt and Melissa took their time, I didn't feel rushed, and I could just tell they were both quality driven. They wrote up a detailed estimate, asked me if I had any questions, and then came out and did a fantastic job on my flooring. They have a couple of specialized teams that are trained in specific areas, so you get the best job possible. You will notice the difference in quality right away. The complete installation job went perfectly, and my wife and I couldn't be happier. It is so important today to hire a quality contractor and Footprints Flooring 👣 was fantastic. The team here is great! We actually had a few other companies come out and Matt was by far the most professional and transparent in cost, what to expect, etc. It was a no brainer when it came to choosing them. They coordinated around our schedule easily and when we wanted a few things touched up they made it happen! Would recommend this company to anyone and plan to use them for years to come! Footprints does not disappoint. They use skilled pros and kept me updated on the progress of my projects: a tub to shower conversion, and tile and hearth work on my fireplace. Both turned out beautifully. I also used them for kitchen tile work. Highly recommend.

I called Footprints on short notice on a Friday needing flooring installed asap in my new office building. They were out right away the following Tuesday. The price quoted was great. More importantly, they have great communication, during install they found a large crack and also an uneven area of the concrete foundation. Footprints called me and explained what they found, they gave me a recommendation and a quote on what needed to be done to fix the foundation so the flooring could be installed properly and up to their standards. Footprints also carefully removed my existing baseboard and reinstalled it when the new flooring was installed. The end result was amazing. The flooring and baseboard looks incredible. I highly recommend Matt and his team. I will use for all my flooring needs 👍🏻

We had a great experience with Footprints Floors on our laundry room model. They installed our floor tile, our tile backsplash and baseboard and door trim. The communication was great and they made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. The tile looks fabulous and they had great recommendations on how to lay out the tile. We had the whole house tiled and new base boards installed. Matt worked with us and addressed all our concerns. Not saying it was a fun experience, since we were still staying at our place, but it went as smooth as possible. Definitely recommend them for any major floor renovation.

I purchased a fixer and it needed A LOT of work. Matt came in and worked with me on a plan that worked with my budget and brought in a crew that worked tirelessly to make sure I could move in on time. He also has a huge list of resources and set me up with guys to do work he could not. My floors are BEAUTIFUL and my new kitchen makes me smile every time I walk into it. Footprints Flooring did a great job on ripping out our old fireplace framing, mantle and brick, and then installing a new fireplace mantle and tiling all the way from floor to ceiling. Matt and Antonio were on time, responsive and understood the remodeling vision. The quality of work done was terrific! We would highly recommend them!

Matt was excellent to work with. He kept in contact during the project. We had them remove built ins and add stone and fireplace. Matt lined up plumbers and electricians for the smaller projects so we didn’t have to. The workmanship was spot on!!
