Mark was so great with our estimate visit. He was honest about what he could do the change our scratched floors and how much it would cost. Really appreciated his transparency around what was possible, instead of just trying to close the deal. Would recommend!!

Imagine buying a nearly $1M house and the discovering when moving in that there are big scratches in the wood flooring from furniture being moved out and dull shadows where large area rugs had been. Called Footprints hoping for expert flooring advice and options to restore the wood finish. Mark carefully evaluated the problems and explained that due to the ridges in the hand scraped flooring, that screening or buffing were not options since the flooring was not smooth and flat. Even though Footprints could not provide restoration services, Mark spent several minutes with me discussing DYI cleaning and other possible options that might improve the appearance of the flooring. Very friendly, professional, and considerate - rare qualities in service providers. Would not hesitate to work with Mark and Footprints flooring.

Footprints Floors did an excellent job re-sanding our existing floors and extending them into the kitchen. Looks like it has always been there. Mark was very professional and easy to communicate with. He worked with us on our schedule and was very patient. Will absolutely recommend using them and I certainly will when we get ready for our next floor project.

Went with another company at first that took significantly longer, and did an awful job. I then gave Footprint Floors a call and it was a world of difference. Mark was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had. Pedro, and Angel were extremely friendly and efficient. It only took them a day and a half to refinish my entire upstairs floor. Dan and his crew did a magnificent job on replacing the floors in my entire house with LVP! They worked around the furniture I had to leave in the home and didn't complain. I can’t stop looking at my floors! From start to finish Footprints Floors took care of every detail. They taped off everything during the sanding process, put down stain samples, and came back after everything was finished to be sure we were satisfied. I couldn’t be happier.
