Registration for the 2024 Footprints Floors convention will open to all franchise owners and their guests mid-August. Click here to register.

While it is required for all franchise owners to attend the annual convention (and to stay at the host hotel) it is by no means limited to franchisees only. We welcome any of our franchise owners to bring employees, and/or family members. Keep in mind that classes and meetings, as well as most mandatory evening social events will be designated for adults only.

Attire is business casual for all events, collared shirts (no T-shirts for men with the exception of the Perspective Convention T-shirt), shorts (not athletic), jeans, pants, and hats. We request you wear Footprints Floors branded clothes during the duration of the Convention to make yourself and the Footprints Floors brand identifiable. There will be a limited selection of branded items for sale at the Convention. We also recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket with you, since personal preferences vary regarding room temperature during events.

Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee. Any reservations that fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered “no-shows” and a charge of one nights room and tax will be posted to the individual Attendee’s credit card on file.

Yes, Footprints Floors will send event update emails as things either change or draw closer. Please make sure we are in your safe senders list to ensure you receive all important event information. Click here to view the current schedule.

Attendance at the 2024 Annual Convention is mandatory for Footprints Floors franchise owners. If extenuating circumstances exist that will prevent you from attending the convention, please inform Laura Murphy in writing at [email protected] as soon as possible in order to have your situation considered for cancellation. While the attendee may be approved not to attend, he/she will still be responsible for paying the fee associated with the annual convention.

While some expos and conventions do not allow photography or videos to be taken, Footprints Floors instead encourages it. Please feel free to take photos with vendors, of product, with friends and corporate staff. We want franchise owners to be engaged, and recognize that selfies and videos can aid in that process.

Corporate will create a designated folder in our Owner Drive prior to the convention and anyone wishing to submit photos or videos into that folder for future use by corporate is welcome to do so.

By attending this event, you hereby consent to having your photo/likeness/video & audio recordings used in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications publicly and on social media.

Mandatory events to be attended by Footprints Franchisees are as follows:

Welcome Reception - Tuesday, January 30th, 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Welcome Meeting - Wednesday, January 31st, 8:30 AM - 10:45 AM
Classes Wednesday, January 31st, Thursday, February 1st, and Friday, February 2nd
Demos - Thursday, February 1st, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Franchisees' Dinner - Thursday, February 1st, 5:45 PM - 8:45 PM
General Session - Friday, February 2nd, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Because the meeting on Friday is a mandatory event, it is expected that any return flights should be booked no earlier than 7 PM MST. This should allow ample time for rental car return and airport security, etc. following the conclusion of the General Session.
