Description

DAVE DEBEAR: Crew & Customer expectations - the impossible task
This discussion will face the challenges of crew and customer expectations head on. Lets face it, crews and customers speak very different languages and it is our responsibility to be the translator. We will dive into the true definitions of diplomacy and insanity (it seems that they go hand in hand).

Topics will include creating the “team environment” with the crews and how to instill a sense of pride when putting their name on the work. We will take a look at what makes the customer so confused about what it is we do and how we go about our work. Creation and management of values for both are critical to the success of your Footprints Floors franchise.

Learning Objective: We will determine the best processes to coach, mentor and guide crews through the daily tasks and longer-range objectives for their business. We will look into the spaces where our customers live and determine best practices for setting expectations. To bring it all together, we will determine which language is best for each situation so that the customer is satisfied and the crews are proud of their work.
