Footprints flooring did an excellent job on my project. Communication was a breeze and everyone started from Alonso, Miguel, Jose and the crew everyone showed professionalism throughout the entire time. The price was very competitive. Alonso helped me with securing the exact floor color from the supplier to match the rest of the floors. Miguel who is the project manager was very transparent with the cost of the materials, showed me the exact sample beforehand, and was overall a pleasure to deal with. Jose and his crew were fast and efficient. I am happy with the end result and will definitely go back to this team for any flooring related projects.

Footprints did a wondeful job with our floors! From the initial visit with Alonso, to working with the Project manager Miquel, and seeing the results from the crew, the experience was phenomenal. Very professional and personable as well. We did 1300 sq ft of new floors and the house looks and feels brand new! See the before and after in the photos attached.

Miguel did a fabulous job installing a backsplash In our bar area next to (and now a perfect match to) our kitchen! He was very meticulous as this was not a typical job. There were 3 different angles (with two 30-degree side walls) and multi-stepped cupboards, which created many challenges. Miguel handled it Ike a seasoned professional. We couldn’t be happier! Thanks Miguel!!!

We had to have some oak floor replaced due to water damage. Found Foodprints Floors online with 5 star reviews. Miguel came out, gave us a fair estimate and Leo and his crew had the work completed in short time. The floor is beautiful. We would definitely use this company again for any floor replacement.

I highly recommend Footprint Floors. Alonso, Miguel, and their team did an excellent job installing LVP in my living room area. They presented all options and their price was very reasonable. They have a very easy process for selecting and paying for materials and paying for the job. Communication is excellent too!

Footprints was incredible to work with. Alonso provided the quote extremely quickly, talked through everything with me and made sure I was clear with what the charges were and setting next steps to begin the project. Hector came the day of the work and did an unbelievable job. He removed all the old tile, did the resurfacing that was needed and got the new floor and baseboards installed all in a single day. Not only was he efficient but he took extreme care to keep everything very clean. The site supervisor Miguel was also very kind and very communicative which was nice after a previous experience with a contracted company. I would recommend this company to anyone, thank you Alonso and Team.

Our work was done promptly on the date they promised. Alex is very hard working, and even came on weekends to make sure the job was done in a timely manner. His work is meticulous. Both Alonso and Miguel were very professional, contracts were all done beforehand, and gone over with us. We would definitely use this company again.

Five stars all the way!!!!! Very professional team. I felt perfectly comfortable having them in my home. Walter & Wendy were my contractors. Excellent team! Miguel was my Job Forman. Great guy! My job was a little more complicated. I live in a much older home. Every time we demolished old floors in one room, we found damage to the subfloor. Footprints took is -patiently, I might add- one room at a time. Oh, and did I mention my new floors look fantastic? This company does all kinds of flooring, not just hardwoods like mine. My Sales contact was Alonso. He's your first point of contact. Ask for him specifically. I highly recommend Footprints! Five great big stars!!!!!

Footprints came in and installed my new hardwood floors upstairs and on the stairs. We had a complex inlay done throughout each room and they turned out beautifully. Alonso is a pleasure and adjusted my quotes to my needs even after the project started (Purchase, stained and installtion of new Oak moldings). Their quotes are clear and invoices are easy to follow. He worked with me making the process as easy as possible. The crew was great to work with as well and very responsive to all my questions and even when I butted in multiple times to point out issues. And yes, I am super picky and was underfoot the whole time. They corrected all the issues I brought up. I am planning on having them come back to install my downstairs stone flooring as well in the near future. I highly recommend them for your hardwood flooring installation.

I am very happy with my new hardwood flooring. Everyone I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and were very efficient in creating a beautiful floor. I plan to have two more rooms done now.

We are so happy we decided to go with Footprint Floors! We have hand-scraped hardwood flooring and we wanted to extend it into our formal dining that was carpeted. We are truly amazed at how beautiful it turned out - and it matches our original floors perfectly! Alonso, Miguel, and the gentlemen who installed the floor were all very professional, personable, and friendly. And they were fast! They completed the entire project in one day. This company went out of their way to insure I was happy with the installation. Install was superb and clean up was perfect. Alonzo and his manager were great to work with. I highly recommend them!

Were able to schedule very quickly and started on time. Finished up work in promised time. Worked with soft marble. Miguel oversaw the job and took care of taking out the scratches to give us a nice polished floor. Floor is looking great.

Footprints Flooring installed new pergo flooring in my home. They did the work in exactly the time they estimated and their work was flawless. Came out beautiful. They were reasonably priced and charged me a lot less than if I had used the place I bought the flooring from. Highly recommend them. Great job guys!!

You will get high integrity and transparency with Alonso and his team. We had some ups and downs with our small bathroom project but Alonso was quick to correct all the mistakes at no costs to us. He handled our project with professionalism and care, visiting several times to ensure further mistakes were not made. We will be using Footprints Floors again.

Alonso and his team were amazing from day one and I highly recommend them. Alonso is very professional and knowledgeable and helped me with suggestions for the kitchen backsplash. I met Alonso, through buyer's who spoke so incredibly highly of him and was there with them when their were using him for the second time and was taken by the amount of care and time he gave to his clients. His clients were selling his expertise to me and I was already about to ask for a card. I had a friend who really needed some repair work done and had been through some contractors that she wasn't too happy with, I strongly suggested she call Alonso. This team of guys was a god send. I requested an estimate and Alonso responded within an hour. He scheduled a visit for the next day, listed to my long list and delivered a plan. On the day of installation they were prompt and got right to work. The end result is beautiful! It’s only been a few days and my visitors are in awe of the work.
