Meet the Team

Mandye and her husband Cam are native Texans relocating to the Melbourne/Palm Bay Florida area from Upstate New York. Mandye recently left the banking industry to pursue business ownership. She has a passion for quality craftsmanship and home beautification. After years of relocations and professional roles in various industries (including corporate tax, bio-tech and education), she’s extremely excited to serve the Space Coast Region in Central Florida for all of their flooring installation needs.

With extensive training and certifications through the Footprints organization, Mandye is a true professional with incredible attention to detail. Her strong desire to serve and help people makes for great client relationships. Communication, respect and quality are her commitments to every project.

Hobbies and interests include golf, travel and serving/volunteering in their community. Together they have 2 sons in Texas and a son/ daughter-in-law and grandson in North Carolina. Despite being empty nesters, they have no interest in slowing down and are eager to learn all they can about the surrounding communities and how to serve them best.
