Everything was super great. Alfonso was flexible with me, I got an initial quote but wasn't ready for installation for a few months after we spoke, he was patient, didn't rush me and helped me with the steps of buying the right materials. The final result looks awesome, I had a smaller project that was completed in one day. It's as good as I could have hoped for, thanks for the team for doing a fast professional job and having great communication along the way.

From the initial quote Alfonso was a pleasure to work with, always professional and on time, courteous and listened well to what I wanted. He was very helpful in obtaining the correct materials for my job as I wanted to match existing flooring in other parts of the house. He showed up to the job everyday to check on progress and address concerns. His crew was also a pleasure to work with. They were respectful of my house and family and cleaned up each day since we were still living there. They brought in more crew to finish the job on time since the demolition portion took longer than expected. When they hit an issue they made sure to do the right thing and not just the fast thing even though it changed the scope of the project I would highly recommend Footprints Flooring and will use them in the future if I need to.
