Matt and his team installed floors in my home and did an amazing job prepping the floors and installing them and cleaning up afterwards! Highly recommend! My floors are beautiful! So happy I chose Footprint Floors!

Exceptional work ethics and craftsmanship from the first phone call to the finished product. We called Footprints Floors to inquire about tiling our patio. Stacey picked up the phone on the first ring and promptly scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Andy came exactly within the scheduled time frame and we had our estimate on the same day. Matt, the owner and Jason, the project manager personally visited to check on the job. The communication and follow up were excellent, the job started on time and finished on time. Everything had run very smoothly. Kelvin, Victor and James did such a clean, beautiful work - careful measurements, evenness, straight lines. Our patio concrete base was uneven and unsquare and additionally, tiles had different thickness. It was a challenging job to do. Kelvin worked long hours, he did not leave for the day until completing each phase and he did everything with perfection. Thank you very much guys! We are happy with the results and highly recommend Footprints Floors.

Unbelievably gorgeous floors! Refinished our red oak floors with silver grey which took out the red leaving it a light warm and beautiful. Super fast too.

Matt from Footprints Flooring came to our rescue! We had used a different company to replace the flooring in our home and the results were horrible! We contacted Matt on the recommendation from a friend and he came out immediately. He was knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and most importantly honest. His team came in and redid the floors and they turned out beautifully! He turned a very stressful situation into a great experience! Do yourself a favor and just use Matt from the start! Footprints Floors did an amazing job fixing our shower. It started with a leak, they identified the problem and suggested and installed a state of the art leak proof shower system. Their tile work was perfect. They went above and beyond to make sure everything worked before they finished the job. Very happy with the price and I would definitely use them again in the future.

We had such a positive experience with Footprints Floors! As a business owner myself I understand that communication with the client is key and Footprints Floors excels in this department. That is ultimately why we decided to choose them for our floors (plus a great price). Andy answered my quote request right away, he came to my house a few days later and sent me the quote that evening which we really appreciated. He answered all my questions and came by again to show me more flooring samples. They were able to start our project just a few days after signature. We replaced our stairs with oak treads, replaced all our flooring with LVP and they put in all new trim. When the project got started Jason, the project manager was in touch with me through everything. He kept me updated often and walked me through their process with each area they were working on. We were very impressed with both the stairs team and flooring team. They were all so kind, knowledgeable and respectful of our space. We felt like we were in good hands the whole time which in the contracting world is rare, unfortunately. I would highly recommend using Footprints Floors for all of your flooring needs. Amazing customer service, great quality products and most importantly, they follow through!

Footprints did an amazing job on our home! Matt and his team were super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process and always kept us in the loop on what we could expect. I had a million questions and Matt answered them all and was incredibly patient. We had a bad experience with a contractor and Footprints came in and fixed the faulty work and the end result was gorgeous master bath renovation!

Matt and his team did a wonderful job with tiling our screened porch, patio and front entryway. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the way the project turned out. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors. In addition, Matt went above and beyond and did a free repair on our LPV flooring.

Manager (Jason) and his team of floor installation experts did the most incredible job removing all of our old flooring and installing our new hardwood! We were so pleased w/their attention to detail, speed, and the overall quality of the job! They even ensured that we shut down our HVAC to prevent the system from ingesting harmful byproducts during the removal and preparation process. This required them to work in very hot conditions during the peak of summer, but they were more than happy to do it properly, regardless. Additionally, these crews were punctual, professional, and friendly! You truly can’t ask for more on any home renovation project! Quality contractors are hard to find… I give Footprints Flooring my highest (5-Star) recommendation! 👍🏼

Matt and his crew reworked my shower. The tile work was superb and the finished work is stunning. The workers were respectful of my home and they cleaned the work area at the end of each day.

We could not have been more pleased with the way our floors turned out. We had the main level of our home refinished by Footprint Floors as well as installed hardwoods in 3 bedrooms and closets on the main level as well. Everything came out beautifully and was done exactly as we wanted. Matt was patient with us in choosing a color and did not rush us.
