Ralph and his team did a great job on our challenging project. It all looks great. Communication was first rate on timing and all aspects of the work. The 1st floor involved demo of ancient flooring and installation of new red oak with great attention to detail to preserve existing architectural flooring around the hearth. The 3rd floor involved rehab of existing flooring. A++ The work work crews were super polite and hard working.

Would recommend Footprints Floors Maine based on our experience. We worked with Ralph mainly over phone and email as we were moving from out of state, Ralph was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Footprint Floors Maine was timely on the estimate appointment, delivery, and projection completion. We had a few existing hard wood floors, which they match well. The final cost was very close to estimate proposal. Ralph kept us updated with photos and updates throughout the project, completion and stopped by after we moved in to follow up.

Footprints installed flooring and baseboards in 3 rooms at my home .The floors look very good .The job was done quickly and the cleaned up when they finished up .I plan on hiring them to do my other 3 rooms

I hired Footprints Floors to refurbish a bedroom floor in an older home built in the 1850's-1900's. The old pine floor ended up beautiful. It is hard to believe that it is the same floor and not a newly laid floor. Ralph and his workers did a great job and worked professionally at all times. I would definitely hire this Company again and would recommend them to anyone. Great job people!

Excellent service from start to finish. Began with in person consult followed by in person follow up. Easy communication and I knew what to expect. Look at these stairs and the landing. The detail on how the wood was laid with a staggered design is gorgeous. Our dog approves too-she love a photo opp.

We had three bedroom floors which are at least 58 years old ,refinished by Footprints. Amazing results,they look brand new. Ralph and his team were so easy to work with. Ralph kept us updated to the progress and also told us how to take care of them. There was no nicks or scrapes to any of the woodwork.Amazing! I am co-owner of a salon in downtown Portland and we needed our floors repaired. Ralph at Footprints Flooring was SO HELPFUL every step of the way. His response time was so quick and he always had very clear answers to our questions. He was knowledgeable and the floors look AMAZING. All of our clients comment on how nice our floors look. Would definitely recommend Footprints Floors for anyone needing a tile or flooring project done. They were prompt with coming out to do the estimate and gave good advice on the best ways to approach our tiling project. Once we had the tile purchased and on site, they came within a few days. The team that came in was very pleasant and ready to work. From start to finish was less than 1.5 days. They definitely knew their craft and were also good at cleaning up afterwards. Well worth the price. We love our new bathroom.

We had a difficult challenge for Ralph and his team in completely renovating an 1800 sq. foot Ranch home. We required the necessity of having about 3 months to complete other renovation work on ceilings and walls. His crew worked worked to complete bedroom work on each side of a large common area and then returned to complete the center section between the previously completed work. They returned to complete our center section at the time we requested but they ran into significant quality and availability issues with a nearly 50% breakage on materials. Ralph contacted Shaw flooring at least a dozen times to report the quality issues and request additional material. We had to wait several months for Shaw flooring to restock the product and ship it to us so that the job could be completed. Ralph handled our difficult job with reassurance that they would correct the situation as soon as enough product became available. Ralph not only delivered on his promise but he stayed in regular contact with us throughout throughout the many month delay as we continued to see additional problems develop with the flooring material. If you want to do business with a small business owner who does what he says he will do even in difficult and adverse circumstances beyond his control, I highly recommend Footprints Floors of Maine and owner Ralph Clark. We trusted him and while we were waiting for the material so he could resolve our LVP issues on our first floor we hired him to install tile throughout our basement. His crew did an excellent job in a very timely manor for us in that area as well.
